Will I receive the same equipment that is shown in the technical documents and product images

All equipment—such as met masts, WMS systems, robotic cleaning units, and sensors—is supplied exactly as shown in our technical documentation. VOTC designs, fabricates, and quality-tests all products before dispatch to ensure clients receive the precise model, configuration, and specifications they expect.

Are your measurement systems and masts compliant with international standards?

Absolutely. Our meteorological masts, instrumentation systems, and power performance testing follow IEC 61400-12-1 and industry-recognized calibration and safety standards. All components go through strict QA/QC before deployment.

Do you provide installation and on-site support?

VOTC has a dedicated field execution team experienced in met mast installation, WMS deployment, robotic system commissioning, and wind/solar measurement setup. We handle installation, calibration, data logging, and long-term maintenance.
